Sunrise Yoga is BAAACKK! Join us Friday, June 10th at Fred Fletcher Park for the return of Sunrise Yoga! There is no better way to roll into your weekend. Please be ready to flow at 6:30AM. We can't wait to get the season started with you!

In 2015, we woke up to amazing views at the NCMA (pictured above), The Raleigh Rose Garden, Oakwood Cemetery, and City Plaza accompanied by the lovely Petal Strings Duo.  Join us Friday, June 10th at Fred Fletcher Park in Raleigh, below.
